The project involved construction and refurbishment of the Headquarters building at the Department of Defence's Proof and Experimental Establishment (P&EE) at Graytown Victoria, along with the refurbishment of a number of satellite buildings, and construction of a new Gun Park Storage Shed and 20mm Firing Tunnel. The establishment is essentially a testing facility for Defence ammunition, which includes destructive testing. As such construction was required to be within critical tolerances.
